Fanart
A funny thing I read today is that doing fanart hampers your creative process and you won’t develop your ‘artskills’ further. The link escapes me at the moment, but it was on devART of course ;P
I thought I’d list the things I’ve been learning to draw since doing Dragon Age and some Mass Effect fanart:
- Men with short hair
- Different bodytypes
- Naked men (slightly related to the above point)
- Beards (this is still very much a work in process XD)
- Receding hairlines
- Armor (mechy and medievally)
- DIFFERENT FACES
- porn Bodies interacting
- A pony
- Dancing Anders
- Commander Shepard as a sea monkey
See, totally legit drawing skills. I will put Sea Monkey Shepard on my CV next time I apply for a new job.
